There is a good chance that you are becoming aware of the thoughts and energies that strengthen you and the the ones that deplete your vibration; especially around money. What situations are you putting yourself through that decrease the way you feel about your wealth?
Louise purchased a second-hand electrical kitchen product at a garage sale. She was delighted at the great deal she got, for she felt so thrifty and on top of the world from saving that extra $80 on this used item. She had been checking consumer reports and watching the deals in the stores around town, but she found it at a garage sale!
Little did she know, she had not noticed a crack on the side of the item until she returned to her home. When she turned on the small appliance in her kitchen, the item sparked. She electrocuted herself, shutting off the power in that part of her house. Louise was badly hurt, for she was thrown backward in her kitchen. She was in utter shock, for all this happened in a single moment. What would have happened if the shock was any worse? This extreme close call gave Louise a massive wake-up call.
Is saving that $50 on a used product (that she don’t know the history of) worth the savings? Was Louise compromising her abundance vibration by always looking for the cheapest deal on things, despite where came they from?
This story is not to scare you, but only to help you set your priorities straight on how you spend your money and think about your abundance. If Louise had decided that she deserved a new product that was safe and came with a warranty, this accident most likely would not have happened. We have all heard the phrase, “Money doesn’t grow on trees”, but you must be aware of your vibration around money and how it might affect your life. If the feelings you get from saving $50 at a garage sale make you feel rich and prosperous, what do the feelings of purchasing a quality item that you might use daily (and safely) for 10 years give you? Are you worth feeling the abundance of good quality items?
Most of our grandmothers have had specialty China, glassware, special greeting cards, the guest sheets, or the guest towels, that they never bring out. These items stay tucked away for the rare occasion because they are too good to bring out any other time. In many situations, these individuals will live their entire lives without utilizing these luxuries for themselves and then it is too late. Is that worth it?
You only have this moment in time to feel abundant.
Take out that good China you have been saving for special occasions. If using this good China every day gives you feelings of happiness and abundance, or if it makes you feel more special every day, then use it every chance you get!
Looking around I just found this amazing beautiful 2014 calendar and schedule book. I had it put away because it was so pretty and I liked it so much, however, I didn’t bring it out all year! Now this year has passed. You might be doing the same things with journals, special pens, candles, greeting cards, clothing, etc. Celebrate being alive, now!
